Senior Planner

$77,737 - $104,176 + a competitive benefits package

As a Senior Planner for the Town, you will perform complex professional planning functions including project management, representing the Department and Town in intergovernmental programs, and supervising professional planners and aides in the fields of current and advance planning and environmental analysis. 

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree with major course work in urban planning or a related field.
  • Five years of professional planning and administration experience in the field of municipal land use planning, including at least two years of planning experience at the Associate-level or higher, including supervision experience.

Senior Planner/Housing Coordinator

$77,737 - $104,176 + a competitive benefits package

This is a planning position with a majority of the duties focused on housing-related items. In this position, you will plan, organize, supervise, and administer the Town's housing program; manage a variety of housing grant programs; and implement the Town's Housing Action Plan.  

In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to assist with and provide housing expertise on the planning and development process for The Parcel, a 25-acre site purchased by the Town in 2018 as a location for affordable housing.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree with major course work in urban planning or a related field.
  • Five years of professional housing program administration, planning, and/or administration experience in the field of municipal land use planning, including at least two years of planning experience at the Associate-level or higher, including supervision experience.
