The City of Stockton is seeking to fill a Risk Analyst II position in our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will be able to balance work along with excellent customer service in a collaborative team setting. The Risk Analyst II provides statistical reports, investigates and resolves safety matters, conducts ergonomic assessments, provides excellent customer service, and organizes and maintains general safety and California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal-OSHA) mandated files. The incumbent will work a City of Stockton 9/80 schedule - 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday; 8:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays, with alternating Fridays off.
Education/Experience:
Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business, public administration, or a closely related field; AND three (3) years experience adjusting and/or processing claims, administering a comprehensive safety program, or a closely related field. Additional qualifying experience as outlined above may substitute for the education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of four years.
