The Probation Agency is seeking a Human Resources generalist with professional and supervisory experience to work closely with executive staff and managers serving as Human Resources expert and liaison.
Education/Experience: Either a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field and three years of administrative management and supervision experience OR seven years of administrative management and supervision experience.
Considerable experience administering a Human Resources program, experience with labor relations including the meet and confer process, and experience with risk management including workers’ compensation and interactive processes are also required. Experience working with the Peace Officers’ Procedural Bill of Rights Act (POBR) is desired.
