The ideal candidate will value community engagement as a standard business practice and be known for embracing diversity in all forms. He/she will offer a strong professional history in municipal law enforcement that includes breadth in assignments as well as significant managerial and administrative experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree and/or formal leadership training is desirable.
