The Personnel Analyst II is a journey-level HR generalist with responsibilities in recruiting and developing examinations, conducting HR related training, advising management on employment matters such as employee performance, employee leave, and reasonable accommodation requests, and researching and interpreting county policies, MOU's, employment laws, and county ordinances. Human Resources is a fast-paced, high volume work environment with tight deadlines to meet the needs of County departments. Individuals must be computer savvy, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel are preferred. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is a must.
