The City of Carlsbad is currently seeking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on HR professional to fill the role of Human Resources Manager. Partnering with all departments of this full service city, areas of emphasis for this manager will include, but are not limited to, employee learning and development, employer/employee relations, employee discipline, organizational design, workforce planning and employee on-boarding. This is an at-will management classification.

Annual salary range: $91,900.00 - $126,600.00. The city also offers a competitive total compensation package.
