Join the Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Information Analyst!

Starting salary up to $39.21/hour ($81,835/year)
Plus, a cash allowance of approximately $600/month.


The HR Information Analyst will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and producing human resources data, metrics, reports, and recommendations in support of departmental and countywide human resources functions.

The position is the primary liaison between the Human Resources Department and the HRIS team, and is responsible for assisting with and coordinating communications to County departments related to HRIS upgrades and implementation; testing and auditing enhancements; and identifying improvement opportunities to ensure end-user system integrity for human resources business operations.
The Analyst will also supervise two Human Resources Technicians who are responsible for maintaining the County's personnel allocation table in coordination with the County Administrator's Office, as well as overseeing Personnel Actions reviews and approvals for all new hires, terminations, merit administration, and promotions/demotions in compliance with Civil Service Rules, County Administrative Policies, and MOUs. Other human resources operational responsibilities include oversight of unemployment claims, and developing and implementing internal and external human resources operations policies and procedures.
