The Human Resources Department is recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst II to work in the Benefits Division. This position will work on a wide-range of employee benefit issues including benefit administration, CalPERS retirement, unemployment claims processing, and other duties as assigned.
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in Business or Public Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field and two years of professional-level Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity, which included responsibility in one or more areas as outlined above. Experience in a public agency setting is desirable.
