Under the direction of the City Manager, the ideal candidate will develop, recommend, plan, implement, and monitor the City's Housing Programs and will foster cooperative working relationships among City departments, intergovermental and regulatory agencies, and various public and private groups. Must have graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in planning, public administration, business administration, or a closely related field and four (4) years of recent experience in housing, economic development, planning, financing, or a related field.  A Master's degree is desirable.
