The Housing & Economic Development Manager is supported by two team members and is responsible for initiating, implementing and overseeing a variety of affordable housing programs and leads the City’s economic development activities.
The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for affordable housing and display the creativity and persistence required to be effective in challenging housing market. Qualifying candidates will typically possess a Bachelor’s degree along with five years of housing program administration experience that includes at least two years of supervisory experience. Familiarity with effective economic development strategies is desirable.
