San Joaquin County is seeking an experienced public works/engineering professional with strong leadership and communication skills to provide direction and oversight of the Community Infrastructure Engineering (CIE), Development Services, and Surveyor Divisions.

In addition to being a registered Professional Civil Engineer, the ideal candidate will possess three years as a Registered Civil Engineer performing diversified engineering activities related to public works, a track record of outstanding leadership in the areas of stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and project management.

Annual Base Salary: $133,433-$162,189
Potential Total Annual Cashable Compensation: $164,229-$194,445
