First 5 Alameda County (F5AC) seeks a Director of Operations, Finance, & Technology to provide leadership and direction to all infrastructure and operations. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Operations, Finance, & Technology will oversee multiple divisions and a budget of $4.2 million. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this individual must have strong collaboration and communication skills and will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief of Staff, Agency Directors, & Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have a background in change management and have an understanding of modern technological practices.
