The Design & Development Department is supported by 30 staff and is organized across five divisions: Administration, Building, Engineering/Development Services, Planning and The Hub (Customer Service Center).

They must have a proven track record of growing and developing staff. The ideal candidate will measure his/her professional success not by demonstrating technical skills and abilities but by successfully accomplishing projects through staff. At least five (5) years of progressively responsible and relevant public and/or private sector experience, which includes a minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience, and a Bachelor’s degree are required.
