The Deputy Community Development Director - Housing is supported by two team members and is responsible for initiating, implementing and overseeing a variety of affordable housing programs and initiatives.


The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for affordable housing and display the creativity and persistence required to be effective in a unique and challenging housing market. He/she will be a highly motivated and self-directed professional who offers an impressive history of working effectively with the community. Qualifying candidates will typically possess a Bachelor’s degree along with five years of housing program administration experience that includes at least two years of supervisory experience.
