The candidate must display a successful history and background in community engagement and experience dealing with culturally, ethnically, and economically diverse communities. At a minimum, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in public administration, business administration, finance, or a closely related field, and have a minimum of ten (10) years of broad and extensive administrative experience including a minimum of five (5) years in an executive leadership or management role.
