The City Clerk will be forward-thinking, innovative and creative; technology savvy; and committed to continuous improvement. Experience in a standalone as well as consolidated election process is desired. Five years of increasingly responsible experience performing complex administrative duties in a City Clerk's office, or equivalent experience in a similar government agency is required. A bachelor's degree in public or business administration or related field is highly desirable as is Notary Public and Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation. The salary is competitive in the region and DOQE. CalPERS 2.5% @ 55 for Classic Members.
