A group of activists in El Cajon say they were cited by police last weekend for nothing more than trying to lend their homeless brethren a helping hand.

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public administration, business administration, economics, finance, or a closely related field and five (5) years of extensive management experience in government administration or management with additional years of public sector experience at supervisory levels or below expected and preferred. (Master's Degree is desirable).
