Associate Personnel Analyst (salary of $6,006 – 8,051/month)

Senior Personnel Analyst (salary of $6,957 – 9,329/month)

Play a key role in the areas of employee relations and salary administration, providing human resource direction to various operating departments on classification and compensation and disciplinary related items. Our Personnel team has close to 40 FTE that provide Human Resources service to over 2,000 County of Santa Cruz employees.

To be successful, you are:

  • Able to provide alternative and creative solutions to complex human resource administrative problems
