Assistants to the City Manager

Two Assistants to the City Manager will support the City Manager, Assistant City Manager and two Deputy City Managers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with various special projects, conducting research on groundbreaking topics, and supporting the work of commissions and special committees.

Ideal candidates will be highly motivated and civic-minded team players who thrive in a dynamic environment. A history of resourceful and creative problem solving is strongly preferred. Six years of professional experience in public administration is desirable.  A Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree or postgraduate coursework is preferred.
