The Assistant City Manager will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the City as well as have the opportunity to lead high profile projects and initiatives.
A well-rounded local government professional, the ideal candidate will be a respected advisor and self-directed problem solver. In-depth familiarity with municipal government operations and practices and a history of successful project and people management will be expected. A minimum of seven (7) years of management and/or administrative experience with a broad range of relevant accomplishments and a bachelor’s degree in public or business administration or closely related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
