The City of Tustin is currently seeking applicants for Administrative Assistant. The City currently has two vacancies, both supporting the City Clerk's Office and the Human Resources Department:

- One position is a regular full-time position, with full employment benefits
- One position is a temporary, non-benefitted full-time position expected to last approximately 4-5 months, beginning in August 2021. 

Under general supervision, an Administrative Assistant performs a variety of routine to moderately complex general clerical duties to support the operations of the assigned department. The individuals appointed to the current vacancies will support a variety of activities and programs in the City Clerk’s Office and Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding people skills, be extremely detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrate ethics and integrity, and have a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
