California Consulting congratulates the City of Santa Paula for receiving the Ventura County Transportation Commission - Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program (CMAQ) in the amount of $1,482,878
This most recent accomplishment is another example of the commitment of city leadership to promote the quality of life for its residents.
