Ex-Del Rey Oaks Police Officer Poised to Sue Over Wrongful Termination

Bob Ingersoll filed a legal claim against his former employers on June 6. That claim was rejected by the city last week, bringing the city one step closer to litigation.

Ingersoll was terminated on March 1 following an investigation into workplace misconduct. The city would not comment on the possible lawsuit except to confirm that it had rejected the claim and will continue to defend itself against Ingersoll’s accusations.
