Fremont is America’s Happiest City

Residents of Fremont, California must have pretty sore cheeks from smiling so hard.

The Silicon Valley City just landed on the top spot of WalletHub’s Happiest Cities in America on Monday, and we couldn’t be... well...  happier!

The good news didn’t stop there. Another Silicon Valley city, San Jose, came in at No. 3. Irvine and Huntington Beach also made the top 10, ranking 8th and 9th respectively.

Way to go, California!

WalletHub’s findings were based on three key dimensions: emotional and physical wellbeing, income and employment, and community and environment. The site compared 182 of the country’s largest cities on all three of these metrics.
